About Me

I first picked up the guitar in school after hearing my first Bon Jovi record.

Wow!!! What the hell did I just listen to? I wanna be able to do that!

So I give it a go and not been able to put the guitar down since.

I needed to learn more about music and the art of recording sound so I went to college and recieved a National Diploma in Music Technology, which only wet my appetite for the technical sound of recording live sound so went on to get a Degree in Commercial Music Technology.

I needed more…. So I got myself a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Professional Sound and Video Technology. Yes I am a geeky tech head.

Anyway, this all helped me understand how to setup and run my own Recording Studio and setup my own Record Label.

I later recorded my first album of self-penned acoustic fingerstyle guitar, which is available to listen to on all music streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music – Just on the right here (or below if you are on a phone/tablet) if you want to take a listen. Along the way I have been performing live and teaching guitar.

I just love getting people excited about music and the guitar as much as I still am today. Playing guitar is a skill that never leaves you and really is an ability that will give you enjoyment your entire life.
